Resident Services has events that vary though out the year. Past events have included: BINGO, Pumpkin Carving, Movie Night, 4th of July BBQ, Egg Hunt, Friendship Meal, Holiday Photos, Super Bowl Party, Ring in the New Year with Your Neighbor! and more. We also have a toy area and play space in the 1st floor community room. We are also located right next to Rice Park which has a mini sled hill, a brand new ADA Tower Playground, Disc Golf, Skateboard Park and there are miles of biking and hiking trails.

Yes, we have a on-site laundry room with a candy/chip vending machine.
